These are authentic antique and vintage hardcover books, typically 50-100 years old and will have varying degrees of use and wear.
Some will contain notes, letters, and musings of previous owners. This is considered "paper ephemera" (𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰) and we leave it in the books.
The colors listed are for book spines. The front and back hardcover boards (sides) of the book may be different.
Book titles are hand-curated. Offensive and heavily religious titles and political titles have been removed.
Books are cleaned, repaired, and preserved before shipping.

A record of ownership of a work of art or an antique, used as a guide to authenticity or quality. We consider these books to be unique, with its own history. Previous owners' paper ephemera and provenance go hand in hand, many times by helping us authenticate first editions. If we see a letter in the book from 1973. and the first edition was published in 1973, we know it's likely authentic.
