Refund policy
At SOURCE, we take pride in curating products that we love and believe you'll love too. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we understand, and we're here to assist you with exchanges.
Please review the details below to facilitate a seamless return process:
Eligible Returns:
- Damaged & Wrong Items Received: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to make it right. Simply provide a photo of the damage or the incorrect item, print a return label through our return portal and ship the item back to us, and we'll promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no cost.
- This has to be reported and processed within 7 days of delivery of product and sent back within 14 days of receipt.
- Change of Heart/ Other Reason: In cases of a change of heart or other reasons for return, we offer refunds or exchanges.
- Please note that a shipping label cost and a 10% restocking fee will apply, deducted from your refund or store credit upon printing the return label.
- This has to be reported and processed within 7 days of receipt and sent back within 14 days of receipt.
- If the entire order is returned, the initial shipping cost will also be deducted from the total refunded.
- Vintage items and one-of-a-kinds are non-refundable.
Return Requirements:
- All items must be in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging, including any padding that accompanied the shipment.
- If the product came in it's own wrapping or packaging, packaging must be in new / undamaged condition.
- We require you to use the return portal to process returns within the return window.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the package is re-packed sufficiently for return.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return Process:
- Have photos supporting the claim ready
- Have your order number ready
- Utilize our self-service RETURN PORTAL to process your return within the return window
- Ship back the items within the allocated window of time
Once we receive your return, we will send a confirmation email within 5-7 business days. We will then process an exchange or refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Note: We do not make exceptions for late return claims and late return shipments.
Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for us to review and issue an exchange or refund.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
- Timing of returned funds may vary based on your chosen payment method, bank and is subject to credit card and electronic payment service terms of use.
Non-Compliant Returns:
- Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you, minus any shipping fees.
- If an item was packed improperly, or the packaging it was sent in is not returned, or if the product is damaged because of this, we cannot issue a refund for the item.
- We do not accept returns outside of the return window.
Exceptions:
Custom orders, final sale items, and vintage items are non-returnable and considered final sale and therefore non-refundable.
Damaged Items:
- While we take great care in packaging and inspecting our products before shipment, occasional damages or defects may be possible.
- If your item arrives damaged from transit, you can use the return portal to print a return label at no cost to you.
- Some products are made to look aged, please inspect photos thoroughly. If the finish of the product is represented in the product listing, we can't take the product back for a damage claim unless it is showing damages not represented in the listing photos.
- Please inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery and report any damages by completing a return request within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include pictures of the damage with your claim.
TRADE MEMBERS:
Please note we have a separate system for memo-ing items for Interior Designers that do not utilize the return portal.
PROMOTIONS:
Buy X get Y promotions:
For promotions involving a purchase minimum that rewards the order with a gift or a gift card, if a refund / return is processed that takes the total purchase amount (minus shipping and tax) to below the minimum amount for that gift, the gift total amount will be charged to the buyer in lieu of an exchange or replacement of the returned item. Returns or credit on the gift is not permitted.
Free Gift Card with Purchase Promotions:
- Not valid for cash or cash equivalent.
- If items in promo-related order is returned, must be exchanged or returned for store credit if total with the return (not including taxes and shipping fees) does not amount to the $300 minimum.
- In the case that an exchange or credit is unwanted, unused gift cards will be voided, or charged to customer if the card has been used prior to the returns being processed.
