Memo Policies
SOURCE offers memo-ing capability to registered Trade Members only.
Memo policies:
- SOURCE requires a credit card on file prior to accepting any memo request.
- The memo customer is responsible for the total cost and liabilities associated with the items checked out, their transport, and their condition.
- We reserve the right to decline memos on any fragile items.
- All items must be transported via appropriately outfitted vehicles or movers equipped to handle such merchandise.
- All loose parts, including screws or other hardware, must be returned.
- Product label needs to remain intact and on the product.
- All items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging. If original packaging is not restored, package is not returnable.
- Any damage incurred during the memo period will result in the purchase of that item via the credit card retained by SOURCE.
- The memo client is responsible for making the necessary arrangements for disassembly, packing/unpacking, transportation, and repackaging.
- The memo period begins on the day of the pick-up and continues for 24 hours.
- Items returned after the 24-hour period will be subject to a 30% late fee, unless prior written approval for an extended memo period has been given. Past 48 hours, the whole order will be charged to the card. Memo-ing is only available for styling with the intention of purchasing, it is not meant to be a rental for photo shoots or staging.
- Memo'd items are not to be used in any print, film or tv productions.
- Minimum order is 25% of memo’ed items. Even if nothing is purchased from memo - we will charge 25% of amount on this form.
- Please note: If the credit card is not present at the time of purchase there will be a 4% cc fee.
- Failure to return the memo'd items means you will be liable to SOURCE for an amount equal to the full replacement cost of the memo'd items in addition to all sales taxes, other payments and charges due under this agreement.
